Re: Batch print to PDF
You can print any number of files to paper or PDF using the following instructions. All the files will be printed as an integrated songbook with an Title index and a Subtitle index. Try it on a small number of files first to get a feel for how it works. For this example, I assume you are in Microsoft Windows.
1. To launch the Chord application:
A. Open ChordSmith
B. Open any song in the editor (there must be a song in the editor or Chord won't launch). Edit: as of version 7.7 there won't need to be a song in the editor to launch Chord.
C. Select File>Send to Chord App... (Ctrl+G). Chord will launch and display the song in its Renderer window. All the rest of the menu selections refer to the Chord app's menus, not ChordSmith's.
D. Close the Renderer window. The main Chord window should now show.
E. Select File>New. The Chord window will be cleared.
2. Open Windows Explorer to show the contents of the folder containing your list of songs. All the songs must be in Chordpro format.
3. Select all the songs you want to print. Drag them to the Chord editor window. If you have songs from multiple folders, just open those folders one-by-one, select the songs and drag them into the Chord editor window. The songs' file paths will be listed in the order that they are added.
4. You can select Process>Options to choose to show or hide page numbers, show or hide guitar chord grids and several other options.
5. Select Process>As List of Files.... This will create the songbook, open the Renderer window and display the songbook in it.
6. In the Renderer window, select File>Print. This opens the Print dialog. In the Print dialog's "Name:" dropdown, which chooses the printer, choose Microsoft print to PDF. Then click the OK button. A "Save Print Output As" dialog will open.
7. Choose a destination for the output file and click the Save button.

Re: Batch print to PDF
Worked. Thanks for this... Once a setlist is created, can we directly print from there to pdf? Would be a nice add... Also, from the song list, can we have a right click menu option for send to setlist?

ChordSmith already can send any number of songs that you select from the songlist (the File List) to the Chord app for printing. It's the last menu item in the popup menu on the songlist: Send Selected Song(s) to Chord App. Just select the songs you want to print and choose that menu item.
Similarly, once you've opened a set list you can use the popup menu there to send any songs selected in the list to Chord.
I'll see about adding a similar menu item to the set list popup menu that will send the entire set list to Chord. It might not be in the next version, 7.7, which will be uploaded this week or next, but maybe the one after that (no scheduled date, but probably some months away).
I probably won't implement a direct "send to setlist" from the File List, since that would take a 2-level menu (Send to set list>setList A, setList B, setList C...) and it's easy enough to add songs by the existing means (clicking on the + sign in the header).
Thanks for the ideas.

I uploaded version 7.8 yesterday (5/17/2019). This version has the added Send Selected Lists to Chord App menu item on the Set List tab's popup menu. You can arrange the Set Lists in the order you want by drag and drop, select the ones you want, then choose the Send Selected Lists to Chord App menu item. All songs in the selected lists will be sent to Chord for printing.
